Who we are

Building India's drone-ready workforce, responsibly.

Aeropioneer Institutes Pvt. Ltd. is a professional aviation and drone technology organisation committed to developing skilled, responsible, and industry-ready drone professionals.

Introduction

A DGCA-approved RPTO with a founder's mindset.

As a DGCA-approved Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO), Aeropioneer Institutes operates with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, aviation safety, professional training standards, practical flying skills, and technological excellence.

We were established to create a new generation of trained drone pilots capable of supporting India's rapidly expanding unmanned aircraft systems ecosystem — and to bridge the gap between the growing demand for drone technology and the availability of professionally trained remote pilots across agriculture, infrastructure, surveying, mapping, construction, mining, disaster management, law enforcement, environmental monitoring, logistics, and industrial inspection.

Incorporated on 2 December 2023 as Aeropioneer Institutes Private Limited (CIN U62013OD2023PTC044433), the company has since grown from a certified training provider into a full drone services organisation — adding manufacturing, repair & servicing, surveying, and rescue-support operations alongside its core RPTO.

Training philosophy

More than learning to fly a drone.

A competent remote pilot must understand the aircraft and its systems, flight principles and limitations, airspace and regulations, weather conditions, safety and emergency procedures, mission planning, operational risk, and responsible drone use.

  • 1

    Explain

Structured theory covering UAS fundamentals, aviation principles, and remote pilot responsibilities.

  • 2

    Demonstrate

Instructor-led practical demonstrations of pre-flight checks, controls and manoeuvres.

  • 3

    Practise

Supervised hands-on flight training — take-off, hovering, manoeuvring, return-to-home, and landing.

  • 4

    Assess & Improve

Competency assessment against theoretical knowledge, flying ability, and safety awareness.
